Based in Southern California, PADANO PRODUCTIONS was founded by CEO Andrea Rastelli, born and raised in Milan, Italy. Andrea realized what he wanted to do at an early age when he attended a live concert and found himself more interested in what was happening behind the scenes than what was happening on stage.  He was fascinated by the audio and visual aspects of the production - the speakers, the spotlights, the tech booth and the sound stage.  

After earning a degree in Audio Engineering from SAE College in Milan, Rastelli moved to Los Angeles, where he worked at several recording studios and hundreds of live events.  With more than fifteen years of experience under his belt, Rastelli felt inspired to start a company of his own, specializing in audio, lighting, and visual solutions for live events.
